V-belt pulley introduce:
V- belt pulley of different types ( according to type and width of belts). The material used is cast iron EN-GJL-250 CZPT EN 1561, and for only a few types it is steel C45 E CZPT EN 10083-1. They have a small prebore that can be machined according to customers’ requirements. Moreover the most common types are available also with taperlock bore.

10D series 10 groove QD bushing pulley, applicable to D series classic v belt and D belt; They range in diameter from 12.64 inches to 58.64 inches. Depending on the pulley size, they use M, N, or P QD (quick disassembly) bushings, which we also have in stock. (1) D-series V-belt
Classic D-Series V-belts have a top width of 1.25 inches, a thickness of 0.75 inches, and an angle of 40 °. In addition, the D V belt is 1 of the oldest V-belt types in the industry. Because of their long-term success and economical operation, they are also 1 of the industry’s most widely used belt series. The high-quality D-series v-belts we provide are manufactured according to the ISO 9001 specification, with oil and heat resistance, and can be directly interchanged with other brands. They are composed of natural rubber compound and polyester rope, covered with a mixture of cotton and polyester, and have high durability.
(2) D series ribbon V-belt
D series v-belts are part of the “classic” v-belt series because they are 1 of the oldest and most common styles. Our belts are manufactured according to ARPM standards and have excellent strength, durability, and performance. The top width of each belt (belt/rib) of the D series v-belt is 1-1/4 “.
Relevant QD sleeve | quick disconnect sleeve
QD bushings are used for various sprockets, pulleys, and synchronous drives in industrial power transmission and agricultural industries. They are designed for easy installation and unloading; They are also referred to as quick disconnect bushings. The QD sleeve facilitates standard installation outside the flange and reverse installation on the inside and utilizes a single split that extends to the entire sleeve length. Our QD bushing can be interchanged with other brands and is made of high-grade steel by precision machining, which is suitable for perfect installation. The advantages of QD casing compared with different types of casing include: Easy of installation/unloading, firm grip, and high strength. Type of V-pulley
Several types of pulleys are used in v-belt drive, and each pulley has different implementation methods. When the back of the v-belt is used to rotate the pulley in the opposite direction to the driven pulley, it is occasionally appropriate to use a flat pulley, usually for ribbed v-belts.
Standard pulley sizes have 1 or more grooves to match classic small engines and hexagonal v-belts.
The mating pulley contains integral spokes that run radially on the pulley. This results in a high strength-to-weight ratio in favor of fractional horsepower pulleys.
In many v-belt drives, the idler pulley is only used as a belt tensioner, but it plays a vital role in maintaining the tension required for the drive. Idler pulleys reduce belt life and industrial efficiency. However, these tools are required if the driver has to remove obstacles or if the driven pulley cannot maintain a good contact arc with the v-belt to transmit torque. The idler gear can interact with the tapered or flat side of the v-belt because there is no need to send torque to the shaft.
The variable speed pulley has an adjustable pitch of the driven RPM, usually within the range expressed as a percentage. These pulleys also help maintain belt tension for dynamic loads.
The stepped pulley has 2 or more nonadjustable grooves with different pitches around the same shaft. These pulleys change the speed ratio of the transmission.

Standard Mounting
1. Be sure that the tapered cone surfaces on the bushing and the inside of the driven product is clean and free of oil or any anti-seize lubricants.
2. Slide the QD bushing on shaft, flange end first, then assemble key.
3. Position the QD bushing on the shaft. Tighten the set screw over the key (hand tight) with a standard Allen wrench only. Do not use excessive force.
4. Slide the large end of sprocket or other part taper bore into position over the cone aligning drilled bolt holes in the sprocket or other part with tapered holes into flange of bushing. Then assemble the pull-up bolts and lock washers.
5. Tighten pull-up bolts alternatively and evenly to tightness indicated in the torque table below. Do not use extensions on the wrench handles. There should now be a gap between the face of the sprocket or other part hub and the flange of the QD bushing to insure a satisfactory cone grip and press fit. Caution: this gap must not be closed.
Dismounting
1. Remove all pull-up bolts and screw them into tapped holes in sprocket or other part, against flange of QD bushing to break the cone grip.
2. Loosen set screw and slide QD bushing from shaft.
