Use of standard surface material
Consisting of 2 parts Printed timing belt wheels profile HTD-3M for 9mm wide timing belts.
Allowing you to connect the encoder to the primary spindle. Nearly every inside diameter is possible.Afterwards the encoder is connected 1:1 to the spindle by the same outer diameter. It is also possible to print other ratios if the area conditions get this to necessary. In cases like this you can modify the encoder so that the pulse rate fits again afterwards.
Up to 150mm outside diameter are feasible, the inside diameter can be manufactured according to your desires. The within diameters are grated or turned out, so they are afterwards exactly made to measure.
Materials: PETG, printed with an Ultimaker 2+
attachment:
Clamping fit with 3x M3 grub screws (arranged at an position of 120°, pressed-in M3 nuts serve since thread)
or keyway (please specify desired dimension)
